Company:

Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Design and develop BIW, closures, under body, and upper body components
Prepare Master Sections and assess styling surfaces considering manufacturing needs
Implement CAE results, stamping simulations, and assembly feedback in designs
Generate concepts to resolve design issues effectively
Utilize GD&T for precise sheet metal design and assembly
Create parametric designs in CATIA V5
Conduct DFMEA, DFA/DFM, and risk analysis for product quality
Track validation and ensure DVPR sign-off at component, system, and vehicle levels
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop packaging concepts that meet performance and weight requirements
Experience
9 to 12 YearsIndustry Preferred
AutomotiveQualifications
B.E. in Mechanical EngineeringGeneral Requirements Knowledge in change management ECR/ECN and how the revision change works in Teamcenter.
