    • Paessler has recently opened a new position for a Team Manager - Billing Operations, responsible for leading the team in charge of invoice payment collection and ensuring a payment rate at the highest.


    This role plays a critical part in Paessler’s financial health and customer experience, combining people leadership, operational oversight, and direct communication with customers and partners regarding overdue invoices.

    YOUR TASKS


  • Lead, coach, and develop the Billing Operations team, ensuring high performance and engagement

  • Oversee and continuously improve the collection of overdue invoices

  • Ensure a payment collection rate above 98%, minimizing outstanding balances

  • Manage and escalate complex collection cases involving customers and partners
