The product owner will be Functional subject matter expert {SME} in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits

modules. The product owner should possess technical solutions capabilities and systems/software expertise to support both US/ex-US

countries, who can perform product design, technical solutions, work with technical teams including boundary systems, as further detailed

below.

 System-specific and implementation knowledge. This includes but is not limited to product design, implementing solutions.

 Partner on building the product roadmaps and serve as a Workday product owner and subject matter expert with primary focus on Total

Rewards ( Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation), Benefits and Time Tracking and Absence.

 Should possess knowledge of Workday system integrates with third party vendors providing Benefit solutions.
