About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Behavioral Learning & Development professional to join our HR team. In this role, you will be the architect of our organization’s behavioral learning agenda - leading end-to-end training needs identification, translating insights into a meaningful annual learning calendar, and designing or sourcing high-impact interventions that drive measurable behavior change across the business.
Beyond managing trainings, the role is expected to influence how managers think about development, embed a culture of continuous learning, and ensure that learning interventions drive visible shifts in behavior and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Needs Identification & Prioritization
- Conduct structured Training Needs Identification (TNI) across business units
- Analyze IDPs and performance inputs to identify recurring capability gaps
