Manager – Automation

Job Purpose

To drive tactical and operational automation initiatives across Group Operations by enabling and sustaining automation tools, digital workflows, and reconciliation platforms. The role will focus on ensuring platform effectiveness, supporting tool deployments, facilitating automation adoption across verticals, and working closely with operations SMEs and GRC teams to track, maintain, and evolve the automation ecosystem, within Central Reconciliation Unit deliverables.

Key Result Areas

• Automation Deployment Support:
  Assist in rollout and stabilization of automation tools/platforms (Cypher AI, DoneZie etc.) across business units.
• User Adoption & Training:
  Work closely with Ops teams to ensure training, onboarding, and usage of tools are consistent and tracked.
• Platform Ownership & Enhancement:
  Coordinate with vendors and Tech for platform enhancements, issue resolution, and roadmap alignment.
