As WorkplaceNL’s Manager, Audit and Systems you will be responsible for the Assessment Services audit program, leading a team that ensures employers comply with the registration, reporting and payment requirements of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, 2022 (the Act) and that all audit functions are effective, efficient and achieve the mandate of WorkplaceNL. The Manager is responsible for the ongoing operation, development, support and enhancement of all modules of the Assessment System and online services for employers, as well as the secure administration of the Assessment System.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs the day‑to‑day administration of all activities of the audit area including supervision and direction of employees and assignment of work.
• Develops and monitors a comprehensive annual audit program with a formalized, targeted audit component.
