Assembly and Test sites New Product Management execution overall coordination. Identify potential bottlenecks in the NPI process and develop mitigation plans.
Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-market, build execution performance, WIP/inventory level, cost and quality metrics.
Lead cross-function resolution of issues impacting launch timelines.
Serve as the central point of contact of NPI progress updates to senior leadership.
