Job Summary

This position is responsible for project management of all new and existing Asset Protection programs, Loss Prevention technological development and administration, capital and opex management, and all associated analytics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

  • Project Manager for all asset protection programs and LP technology that is implemented for all Tractor Supply stores Responsible for ideation, ROI and labor analytics, piloting, testing, roll out, implementation, and back end reporting
    Create and drive shrink reducing full chain strategies
    Create programs to drive operational execution to reduce shrink and theft reduction programs to reduce shrink
    Responsible for continued support and program management post implementation
    Subject matter expert in all Loss Prevention store facing initiatives
    10+ new projects annually, 50+ existing programs to maintain/refresh
