Manager, Asset Management

This role is managing the Fund Finance function under the Asset Management department under our ESR Kendall Square entity.

• 펀드회계 업무(설정, 해지, 분배, 운용지시, 결산 등)
• 부가가치세 및 법인세등 세무신고자료 검토
• 펀드 임관리비 세금계산서 발행 및 입금관리
• 펀드관련 대내외기관 보고서 작성등 지원 업무
• 기타 펀드운용 관련 부수적 업무

• Fund accounting operations, including fund setup, termination, distributions, investment instructions, and financial closing
• Review of tax filing documents, including VAT and corporate income tax
• Issuance and management of tax invoices and receipts for fund management fees
• Preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders related to funds
• Other ancillary tasks related to fund operations

Requirements

• 자산운용사, 일반사무관리회사, 회계법인 경력 5년 이상
• 집합투자재산에 대한 회계처리/평가/기준가격 산정 업무지식 보유자
• 꼼꼼하고 정확한 업무처리, 커뮤니케이션 우수한자
• 부동산 회계관련 전공자 및 경력자 우대
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 우대
