Manager, Analytical Lab SUMMARY The Manager, Analytical Labs is responsible for managing the people and processes involved in supplying quantitative and qualitative lab results to regional operations teams. This role will oversee the daily operational functionality of the lab while identifying and improving efficiencies of throughput and workflow. Analytical Labs are focused on the routine analysis that comes from the sampling of fluids in the field that are directly related to the monitoring of products applied in the field. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct analysis of the outcomes from the application of the product chemistry related to application of existing product lines. Provides direction, training and development to assigned Regional Analytical Lab Chemists and Technicians. Manage lab and personnel administrative functions.
