Job Description
We are seeking a Manager who will act as a technical leader with deep expertise in Aurion, Australian payroll processing and system configuration. In this hands‑on role, you will lead solution design, configuration, issue resolution and delivery across implementations, enhancements and transformation projects.
Key Responsibility
Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for Aurion HR & Payroll engagements.Lead requirements gathering, solution design and system configuration.Design and configure payroll elements including awards, allowances, leave, calendars and complex scenarios.Troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure accurate, compliant system configuration.Deliver Aurion implementations and technical workstreams on time and to scope.Support engagement planning, governance, reporting and risk management.Estimate effort accurately and support commercial management.Collaborate with other ...
