Amazon Advertising is seeking a Manager of Account Management to support the US Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization. The Manager of Account Management Manager will lead their team to be strategic consultants for their customers, providing media insights that drive growth and build trust. They will leverage their experience and judgment to define organizational strategy, processes, tools, and incentives to maximize performance and accelerate growth. They will drive execution of strategy, ensuring the team is consistently delivering measurable results in advertiser satisfaction, YoY revenue growth, renewal rates, and other operational quality metrics. This role partners closely with US sales leadership, peer leaders in the Creative & Campaign Management organization, and product leadership to execute strategies to drive Advertiser Satisfaction.
