CUSTOMER
Ensure team is adequately resourced and capable in managing the day to day and longer-term business needs for the functionSupport functional leaders as well as business management with sound actuarial advice and knowledge to help inform business decisionsOversee the communication, interpretation, application and implementation of actuarial analysis and results to business leadersReview actuarial analyses produced by the teamDevelops new procedures to deal with unforeseen changes and challengesEnsure work is in line with business methodology, principles and practicesEnsure the availability and quality of data used for all actuarial analysis, based on a thorough knowledge of the data information systemsSHAREHOLDER
