Manager Accounting

Description

We are seeking a Manager to work collaboratively with a highly talented team to oversee the various accounting functions within our client within the Retail industry. This individual will be a part of the Record to Report Tower in Global Business Services (“GBS”) and has full responsibility over the client’s accounting processes. The role will involve oversight of various accounting functions and the coordination of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. The role oversees Lease accounting, Fixed Assets and Revenue Recognition accounting. This position provides the opportunity to gain broad experience in accounting operations, financial reporting and corporate accounting. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic working environment and has a passion for undertaking process improvement projects in a wide spectrum of areas (e.g. IT, Technical Accounting, SOX).
