Manager, Accounting Property Operations

The Accounting Manager is responsible for providing financial management, oversight, and people leadership to our client's real estate portfolio. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, supports budgeting activities, and acts as a key finance partner to Operations and Senior Management while leading and developing a team of property accountants.

Key Accountabilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

· Review monthly property financial reporting packages to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.

· Complete consolidated financial analysis and reporting for the Retirement portfolio, including balance sheet analysis.

· Participate in monthly financial reviews with relevant stakeholders.
