What will you do?

Dream is looking to hire a creative and energetic Accounting Manager, Income Properties & Investments, to take to oversee the financial management of a portfolio of Income Property assets.


Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.

  • Oversee the accounting and financial operations cycle for each project asset, including review of high‑risk transactions and journal entries, third party manager monthly reporting packages, trial balances, reconciliations, working papers, and managing capital calls and distributions;

  • Manage the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual variance analyses of actuals versus budget, and communicating results verbally and in writing to Senior Management and partners;

  • Responsible for assessing the overall reasonableness and accuracy of accounting records to ensure reliable financial information...
