Manager Accounting Financial Reporting

Job Summary: The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Fixed Assets will own FAR and fixed asset accounting across multiple locations/entities, including capex-to-FAR handover, CWIP ageing and capitalisation, depreciation, tagging/verification, FAR-GL reconciliation, and audit schedules - especially for fit-outs/leasehold improvements and project-heavy rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fixed Asset Accounting & FAR Maintenance

• Own and maintain the complete Fixed Asset Register (FAR) for all locations and entities
• Multi-location rollouts, project-to-FAR handover and capex governance
• Ensure accurate capitalisation of assets in line with accounting standards (Ind AS / AS)
• Classify assets correctly (Leasehold Improvements, M&E, IT Assets, Furniture & Fixtures, etc.)
• Calculate and post depreciation accurately as per Companies Act and internal policies
