**JOB SUMMARY & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
The Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager is responsible for the effective execution of any or more of the following areas with the SCM organization such Receiving, Inventory Control, Production Order Fulfillment, Shipping and Logistics & Material Flow according to VOS ( Vertiv Operating System).
**Basic Competencies**:
- Continuous Process Improvement - Provide leadership and best practice solutions towards consistent process improvement in an effort to expose and eliminate root causes of problems
- Inventory and Process Management - Familiarity with logistics processes, tools and concepts necessary to analyze and implement optimal placement/storage of materials required in the manufacturing and distribution process.Material Flow Kanban, POU, Material Routing, Replenishment Systems Etc
