Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Account Management, the Manager will oversee a team of Account Managers responsible for retaining and expanding current customers. In accordance with the Director of Account Management, you will set team goals, train, and develop team members. You'll be responsible for motivating, mentoring, and guiding the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and revenue goals. The Manager will also help to improve process efficiencies and assist with broader Account Management team projects/objectives.


Responsibilities
