About the role:
The Manager, Aboriginal Priority Projects & Reform leads initiatives aimed at improving health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal people across Victoria. This role heads a dedicated team, driving the design, coordination and delivery of priority projects that advance self-determination, cultural safety and system responsiveness. Through strong partnerships with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs), community leaders, government agencies and internal stakeholders, the Manager ensures all projects are culturally informed, evidence based and aligned with strategic priorities.
Central to the role is the development and implementation of high-impact projects that address needs identified by Aboriginal communities and support system-wide reform.
