Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance - Ensure all products are maintained in its quality, packed in the right packaging and produced in a timely manner according to the daily and weekly production plan.
• Achieves QC or QA operational objectives by monitoring and assigning day-today activities and identifying the gaps and problems.
• Assist for returned samples inspection, conduct root cause and failure analysis investigation on all returns and take corrective action.
• Responsible for maintaining inspection records, quality-related documents, codes, standards, and specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role with manufacturing or production environment and with minimum 3 year working experiences.
