Management Trainee

We are seeking driven and talented individuals to join our Management Trainee Programme . This 1-year program is designed to cultivate leadership potential by providing intensive training, hands‑on experience, and in-depth knowledge in a specific department. As a Management Trainee , you will be immersed in one functional area, learning the intricacies of the role, contributing to key projects, and building a solid foundation for a future leadership position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive training and development programs to gain a thorough understanding of the chosen department (e.g., Engineering (Automotive , Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Computer, and Industrial engineering , Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.).
• Assist in executing key initiatives and projects within the department to drive business goals and operational improvements.
