Management Trainee

This Role focuses on developing future leaders by training them in performance measurement and KPI monitoring. The trainee will learn to set realistic yet challenging targets and track progress monthly. They will also be exposed to Route to Market execution, identifying issues, and recommending solutions. This builds a strong foundation in strategic planning and operational management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related discipline
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs and support performance measurement systems
• At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, customer service models, and distribution practices within the FMCG industry
