Key Responsibilities:
Exposure & Support
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned activation or marketing projects
- Support the team in preparing reports, tracking timelines, and handling project documentation
- Participate in on-site fieldwork to understand ground operations and client expectations
- Help ensure that project guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines are met
People Management Training
- Learn the basics of labor planning, team supervision, and performance evaluation
- Shadow area supervisors and managers to understand operational dynamics
- Assist in coordinating staff schedules and monitoring team compliance
Client & Internal Coordination
- Join client meetings or internal planning sessions to learn project scoping and execution
- Coordinate with support teams (e.g. HR, Admin, Logistics) to understand the project life cycle
