Product and technical training (classroom & on-site)
Job shadowing with Sales & Application Engineers
Hands-on experience in after-sales service, technical support, and troubleshooting
Phase 2: Business Exposure
Objective: Learn about customer needs, sales processes, and business development strategies.
On-the-job training with sales team
Customer visits and site meetings
Proposal writing and quotation training
CRM and sales process management
Soft skills training (negotiation, presentation, communication)
Phase 3: International Secondment & Sales Practice
Objective: Gain international exposure and practical sales experience.
Secondment to our HQ in China
Collaboration with technical and commercial teams across borders
