Training program and meeting participation: participate in a comprehensive training program and meeting schedules that covers various aspects of manufacturing process, including production, quality control, supply chain management, technical support, product development, safety procedures and etc.
Rotation through department: Rotate through different departments within the manufacturing facility to gain exposure to various functions such as production management, inventory management, operations management, research and development, process improvement and etc.
Assist in project management: support the head of department (HOD) in implementing projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, enhancin...
