Management Trainee (Logistic Operations)

Responsibilities

  • Shadow Supervisors to learn daily courier operations and rider support
  • Assist with rider recruitment, onboarding and training
  • Help create and optimize delivery schedules and routes
  • Support tracking of rider performance, safety, and compliance
  • Learn to manage rider equipment and inventory
  • Prepare basic operational reports and present findings

Qualifications

  • At least 26-35 years old
  • Graduate of any business and computer related course
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word/Excel/PPT
  • Output oriented
  • Can work under minimal supervision and under pressure
  • With own motorcycle with updated registration
  • With at least Non Pro/ PRO Drivers license
