**Job Purpose and Impact**
We are seeking highly motivated Management Trainee to join our Live Production (Poultry) team. This program is designed to develop future leaders who will oversee farm operations and ensure poultry production meets target performance in terms of quality, efficiency, and animal welfare. Trainees will gain hands-on experience across farm management, biosecurity, production planning, and team leadership.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Support day-to-day poultry farm operations to ensure production targets are achieved (growth rate, FCR, mortality, Production Period of Poultry farm ).
+ Monitor farm performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
+ Implement and maintain strict biosecurity and animal welfare standards.
+ Assist in managing farm environment conditions such as ventilation, temperature, and humidity.
