Management Trainee – Duties & Responsibilities (Casual Dining)

  • Support daily restaurant operations (front & back of house).
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest issues.
  • Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
  • Operate POS system and handle cash procedures.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Participate in staff meetings and on-the-job training.
  • Promote in-store offers and gather customer feedback.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year course in Business Management or any related field (Hospitality, Marketing, or similar).
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a restaurant or casual dining environment preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
