Job Description
As MANAGEMENT TRAINEE: assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
*Supervise and train staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.
*Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and costs.
*Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
*Oversee cash management and ensure accurate financial reporting.
*Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
*Implement and monitor staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
*Support marketing and promotional activities to boost sales and customer engagement.
*Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
