Detailed description of work task to be carried out


The individual is expected to manage the calendar of two senior leaders. Additionally they are expected to run those leaders' team meetings keeping the agenda, timing and minutes of meeting. They will run with follow-up of KPI performance in the units and other tasks that require orchestration across the teams. They will be tasked to review and approve different administrational tasks (according to set rules and guidelines) on behalf of the leaders. Ad-hoc assist in local events.


Must-have knowledge and experience


Advanced calendar management (Outlook & Teams) and networking skills. Must be organized and have previous experience from orchestrating complex events.
Stakeholder management is key.
