Kite Power Australia, located in Sans Souci NSW 2219, specialises in kitesurfing equipment, accessories, lessons and related water sports products and services. The business is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Retail Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily retail store operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Supervising and coordinating staff, including rostering, training and performance monitoring
- Maintaining stock levels through ordering, receiving and inventory control
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving customer enquiries and complaints
- Monitoring the presentation, pricing and display of products throughout the store
- Monitoring sales performance and contributing to business improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
- Coordinating stock replenishment and maintaining accurate inventory records
