Untile is a digital product design and development studio in Viana do Castelo, building world-class products with a remote-friendly team.
We're seeking a Management & Operations Intern who is organized, analytical, and eager to understand how studios scale. You'll optimize operations, maintain our Quality Management System (ISO standards), and work closely with leadership to ensure processes run efficiently.
This position is open to students looking for a professional work placement through the IEFP.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies
- Participate in project planning, monitoring, and reporting activities
- Support project managers with scheduling, timeline tracking, and status updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and processes
- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights for decision-making
