About The Role
We're seeking management instructors to help evaluate AI systems trained on organizational behavior, leadership, and decision-making.
Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox)
Location: Remote
Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract
Compensation: $35-70 /hour
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Review management and leadership scenarios used in AI training.
Evaluate reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure.
Identify unrealistic assumptions or weak decision logic.
Provide structured feedback to improve managerial reasoning.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Who You Are
3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
Strong understanding of organizational behavior and management theory.
Able to clearly evaluate decision-making and tradeoffs.
