We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee (Sales) – Telesales Intern to join our sales team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telesales, lead management, and customer communication within a fast-growing Ed Tech environment. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting outbound sales activities and contributing to lead conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and share information about our products/services.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant guidance or solutions.
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads to support conversion efforts.
