Management Information Systems Manager

Work Set Up:
Onsite - McKinley, Taguig City

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage MIS reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics across the organization
• Provide accurate, timely, and insightful reports to senior management for decision-making
• Analyze trends, identify gaps, and highlight opportunities for operational and financial improvement
• Lead and mentor a team of MIS/reporting analysts, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting processes and improve data accuracy
• Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15–18 years of experience in MIS/reporting, preferably in BPO or service operations
• Strong expertise in BI tools, dashboards, and advanced Excel
