Management Information System (MIS) Engineer (Software)

Responsibilities

• Develop software applications based on specifications provided by superiors and/or end users
• Maintain, customize and enhance existing internal software systems
• Assist with system integration between various platforms (ERP, HR, Finance, MIS reporting systems)
• Prepare and maintain system reports.
• Provide user support and train staff on how to use internal software applications
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve system performance on Windows and Linux platforms

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience with the following skills:
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Databases: MySQL, MSSQL, or other relational databases .
