General Manager – Swallow – Brewers Fayre (FTC until September)

Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.

We offer great induction training, a salary of up to £45K, 50% of annual salary in bonus, discounts, and benefits.

• Inspire, develop, and lead management and team members, ensuring great retention.
• Maximise revenue opportunities by analysing sales figures and effective forecasting.
• Effectively manage all controllable costs and site P&L.
• Support the Regional Operations Manager in delivering long‑term business goals.
• Drive individual high performance through regular one‑to‑one meetings.
