Management Equipment Technology

We are seeking a Management Equipment Technology to support the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical systems and production equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, improving maintenance effectiveness, and supporting safe manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from a relevant field
2. Having competency certification, with work experience in the electrical field and a good understanding of K3 Listrik
3. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, equipment engineering, or related roles
4. Good computer skills
5. Good communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
6. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
7. Able to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively
