Key Responsibilities





• Lead the annual planning, scheduling, and follow-up of Sales and Distributor Academies.







• Coordinate all logistics for academies, including participant communication, travel, hotels, and local transport.







• Organize and develop programs for Regional and European Sales Meetings.







• Provide ad hoc support for customer visits, including logistics and hosting.







• Create and maintain onboarding schedules for new commercial hires.







• Maintain and organize the Experience Centre.







• Support trade show logistics in collaboration with the Marketing team.
