Responsibilities As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Serve as the senior Management and Program Analyst, providing expert analytical guidance to the Office of Coast Survey (OCS). Serve as technical expert and advisor to senior leadership, whose recommendations are accepted without substantive change. Support a variety of highly complex projects and staff actions with program and administrative evaluation and analysis. Develop, recommend, and implement program and administrative policies. Research and investigate new or improved business and management practices, and develop or modify program policies, regulations, goals, and objectives.
