MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the COMMANDER, NAVY INSTALLATION COMMAND of NPO FORT BELVOIR. Responsibilities You will be responsible for receiving all incoming official correspondence, identifying actions, and working with the Officer in Charge (OIC), Deputy OIC, Assistant OIC, or Division Head to determine next actions. You will be reviewing outgoing official correspondence and Situation Summaries (SITSUMs) as well as editing products created by others to help prepare them for official release outside N38. You will maintain and help develop agreements in the form of Memorandums of Agreement, Memorandums of Understanding, General Terms/Conditions, and similar where N38 and other Naval fuel operations are either the Requesting Party or Servicing Party.
