Summary This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Information Technology (OIT). As a Management Analyst, GS-0343-11, you will perform a variety of management analysis assignments that involve the application of qualitative and quantitative methods for the analysis and evaluation of internal, organizational administrative operations to determine their efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate the management practices and methods, and administrative operations of an organizational unit. Conduct analytical studies of administrative management systems, work processes, and resource utilization. Prepare comprehensive reports documenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations from management analysis studies.
