Management Analyst (Program Analyst)

Summary This position is located in the Veterans Service Center (VSC) in the Montgomery VBA Regional Office. The Management Analyst is primarily responsible for performing analytical studies on various programs and operations within the VSC to determine their effectiveness and efficiency. The incumbent participates in program and systems development and is responsible for coordinating changes and improvements of new standards and systems among program heads. Responsibilities Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Provides qualitative and quantitative assessments of a wide range of Division operations. Strategic planning and assisting in the implementation of revised organizational structures, and designing and conducting studies. Recommends solutions on inter-team issues and matters with external factors. Communicate relevant information to resolve issue and develop solutions.
