MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a GG-13 OPNAV N99P2 Management Analyst for the DNI/DDNI OPNAV SUPPORT STAFF. Responsibilities You will perform a broad range of complex tasks to develop, analyze, evaluate, and improve organizational manpower and training programs, capabilities, and procedures. You will collect, interpret, and integrate information from multiple sources to assess portfolios and produce or update presentation materials for senior Navy audiences. You will execute program and budget integration efforts, provide full-spectrum Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) support and resource analysis to enable effective programming decisions. You will assess program effectiveness, identify and design methodologies to address requirements and resourcing gaps, and analyze multi source data to generate well supported conclusions.
