Management Accountant
Purpose: Provide financial insights and support decision-making through analysis, budgeting, and accurate reporting.
Core Responsibilities:
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Conduct financial analysis, variance reviews, and cost control.Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.Manage month-end/year-end close and reconciliations.Collaborate across departments for operational improvements.Prepare financial statements and management reports.Support audits and recommend cost-saving initiatives.Key Skills:
