The Managed Services VoIP Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of the Voice over IP (VoIP) service, including provisioning, monitoring and trouble-shooting. You'll also be able to perform a variety of other tasks as required. You must have experience with Cisco network equipment such as routers and switches.
