As a Managed Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to customers. You will maintain and troubleshoot networks that are hosted on the company's equipment. In this role, you will assist our clients with issues such as trouble-shooting connectivity or configuring network settings.

• Ability to work well in a pressurised environment.
• Ability to place clients at the forefront of all interactions, understanding their requirements and creating a positive client expereince throughout the total client joruney.
