**Team Overview**
The Managed Services team is responsible for running scalable, reliable, and high-quality operational processes that enable MSCI clients to focus on consuming analytics and making investment decisions — rather than managing data workflows.
This team acts as an internal proxy for the client, owning and executing critical day-to-day processes that ensure seamless integration of client portfolios with MSCI’s products and services. The team adds value through proactive management of data quality, enrichment of client submissions, remediation of rejected assets, and coordination with internal product and engineering teams to maximize outcomes for clients.
