Key Responsibilities

• Set up new managed file transfer transmissions as per business and customer requirements
• Configure user accounts, file transfers, and transmission workflows
• Install and configure IBM Sterling Connect:Direct connectors and related components
• Create and maintain configurations in IBM Sterling, JSCAPE, and RVS in line with defined architecture
• Implement and manage appropriate encryption standards for secure file transfers
• Test MFT solutions in lower environments, validate with customers, end users, and vendors, and monitor before production migration
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to gather and implement managed file transfer requirements
• Monitor file transfer operations and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
